Excellent personal care and super helpful. I have now used Len's for over 25 years, on several floors. Len and his workers not only took personal care, but when I wanted to do a project on my own, they encouraged me and took the time to teach me. If you see a complaint here about them, it's transference. Simply click & see all that person does is complain, about faucets, parking, toilets, how things used to be better at campsites. Here's the deal, these are the most hands on service based good people. I walked in years ago and if years go by they still treat me like an old friend and I get honest bids and great help. More businesses should be ran with such care. Cheers to craftsman that give a damn!!

I rarely leave reviews, but I really feel like word has to spread about this place. If you want a local pro, Len's is the place to go. Len's did an incredible job on our floors. We did both hard surfaces and carpet and it all looks fabulous! They stuck directly to their estimate, put in way more work than I was expecting, and totally went above and beyond expectations. Dave especially (the guy who installed our hard floors) took the time to do things the right way and explained what he was doing and why (and tells the best stories). I've already recommended them to neighbors.

We had the absolute best customer service from Len and his crew! Remodeling can be a stressful process and Len made it so easy and even gave us tips on other aspects of our remodel that saved us some money! Len is kind, easy going and, most importantly, very honest. His team of installers are extremely patient (especially with our toddler trying to run around on the day of install :)), prompt and work quickly and effectively.
